What is Music Together®?
Music Together is a music and movement approach to early childhood music development for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarten children and their parents, teachers, and primary caregivers.
Originally offered to the public in 1987, it pioneered the concept of a research based, developmentally appropriate early childhood music curriculum that strongly emphasizes and facilitates adult involvement.
The Music Together approach develops every child’s birthright of basic music competence by encouraging the actual experiencing of music rather than the learning of concepts or information about music.
What does a Music Together® class look like?
Each week in our Music Together classrooms, children - and the grownups who love them - gather to sing, dance and play. Our classrooms are musically rich universes where little ones build the basic music competence that will enable them to enjoy and participate in music all their lives, while bonding with their parents or caregivers.
In our multi-age classes, children (ages 0-4) and accompanying adults (parent/grandparent/nanny, etc.) come together to make music together in a fun, multicultural, pressure-free environment. The emphasis is on experience rather than concepts, and children are introduced to the joy of making music rather than passively listening to it.
By teaching them that the best instruments are their voice and body, we build our children's musical confidence. It's a fun and special time of sharing and caring. Adults and children thrive and strengthen their bonds through music.
In a Music Together® class you will experience:
• A community of families sharing songs, instruments, rhythmic chants, and movement activities in a relaxed and playful setting.
• Music learned through developmentally appropriate activities that support and respect the unique learning styles of very young children.
• Infants, toddlers, and preschoolers participate at their own level in family-style, age-appropriate classes.
• Parents and other accompanying adults contribute to enriching their child's musical environment, regardless of their own musical abilities.
• High-quality learning materials included with the registration for home use: a new song collection each quarter with an illustrated songbook, CD, and music download code, featuring excellent arrangements of original and traditional songs in a wide variety of keys, rhythms, and cultural styles, specially chosen to enrich and broaden your children's musical horizons.
• Weekly classes to support children's development in a consistent and profound way.
• Playful exposure to English (and other languages) through music.
Schedule
3 TERMS per year: FALL, WINTER, and SPRING.
It is possible to enroll for one term or for the full year. Registration is available year-round.

*No classes during school holidays in October, February-March and April-Mai, and Pont de l'Ascension (May 14-17), as well as bank holidays. In case of class cancellation by Sound Bliss, make-ups will be arranged at the end of a session whenever possible, otherwise they will be scheduled during school breaks or at the end of the school year (3d and 4th week of June).
Tuition
Tuition includes registration fees, weekly classes and pedagogic materials (please see details below).
MIXED-AGE FAMILY CLASSES (0-4 YRS)
- Yearly tuition : 485€ first child; 100€/sibling 9m+ in the same class*
- Fall or Winter Term: 190€; 50€ sibling 9m+ in the same class
- Spring Term : 160€ first child; 50€ sibling 9m+ in the same class
- Drop-Ins: 20€ first child, 8€ sibling 9m+ in the same class (free for siblings up to 8m).
*Siblings younger than 9 months at the start of each term attend free of charge, once they turn 9 months, the tuition is 50€/term.
RHYTHM KIDS CLASSES (4-7 YRS)

Yearly tuition: First class 485€, second class 441€ (10% discount on the second class, materials excluded)

Installments (by check/s or mixed payment - the entire amount will be given at the first class, with a maximum of 9 checks for annual registrations, please see details below).
To pay by credit card, please proceed to the payment section.
Payment by check/s: Tuition fees must be paid in full at the time of registration, with a single or multiple check/s, up to a maximum of 9 checks for yearly registrations and 3 checks for single term registrations.
Checks will be cashed at the beginning of the term or month, respectively. (Please find amount details below).

Yearly registrations installments by check should be made as follows:
If 3 checks: 2 checks of 170€ and one of 145€
If 9 checks: 9 checks of 53,89€

Quarterly registrations installments by check should be made as follows:
Fall/Winter Term: 3 checks of 63,34€
Spring Term: 3 checks of 53,34€
Payment by bank transfer: the full amount must be paid at the time of registration with supporting evidence;
Payment in cash: the full amount must be paid at the time of registration;
Payment by mixed payment: Tuition fees must be paid in full at the time of registration, following the same amounts of multiple checks.
FAMILY MATERIALS
Included for each Term:
- A CD of high-quality music from around the world and across genres, specifically chosen to enrich and expand the musical horizons of your children (one for each trimester)
- a download code to import the full suite of songs to your mobile devices via our award-winning "Music Together" app and/or to your desktop computers/music streaming devices (one for each term)
- a gorgeous, fully-illustrated child's picture book to read and sing-along at home (one for each term)
- the Parent Guide which details the research behind everything we do in class (for new families only)
Registration conditions
Please note, a registration is considered complete only when payment or proof of payment has been submitted.
One-time payments: credit card, bank transfer, check or cash;
Payment in installements: checks - the entire amount will be given at the first class, with a maximum of 9 checks for annual registrations.
Siblings up to 8 months are free of charge when attending class with an older registered sibling.
Once they turn 9 months, sibling tuition is 50€/term, even for yearly registration.
Discounts
Referral Program Discount:
Currently enrolled families get a 10€ discount on their tuition (or a credit for a future enrollment) for each new family that enrolls in our classes thanks to their referral. There is no limit to the number of referred families and credits a family can earn. The family that has been referred also gets a 10€ discount on their first registration.

Tots & Co members benefit form a 10% discount (materials excluded)
Tourisme Loisirs et Culture Occitanie
Families with a "CARTE LOISIRS" benefit from a 10€ discount on yearly or quarterly registrations.
Tuition notes and cancellation policy
*Parents agree not to bring their child to class in case of fever, infection or infectious disease, including diseases not requiring exclusion from group settings (Chickenpox, Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease, Flu etc).
* The 45€-per-trimester curriculum fee is included in the tuition and required, even for prorated trimesters.
* 40€ cancellation fee if withdrawing before starting date of session.
* No refunds once session/year begins. No exceptions.
* Credit towards a future session may be granted at the discretion of the director in exceptional circumstances.
* Class times and locations are subject to change pending class sizes. 5-family minimum to confirm a class. If your first choice isn't available, we'll do our best to find another good option for your family.
